舟山海岛人群的个性倾向性考查研究

A Study of Individuality Tendencies of Zhoushan Islanders＇Groups

本文考查舟山海岛人群的个性倾向性，以及这些倾向性与地方经济发展的联系。方法：对２２０个长期生活居住在舟山海岛的居民进行了个性倾向性调查及相关因素测量。结果：多数舟山人满足于生活现状，３５岁以下的青年人对公费学习深造兴趣浓厚，４５岁上下的中年人对投资创业的热情不高，在就业方面有明显的求稳心理，对本地投资环境不看好，对发展舟山的认知倾向于依靠地方政府，引进优秀人才，对舟山优先发展的行业，大多数认为以旅游与渔业为主。

We have made a study of the individuality tendencies of Zhoushan islanders＇ groups as well as the connection between these tendencies and the economic development.Method:an investigation has been made for the individuality tendencies of 220 residents who have been living in Zhoushan Archipelago for long and some relative factors was measured as well.Result:majority of Zhoushan people are content with the present state of life.Yong people under the age of 35 are interested in further study for nothing;middle-aged people around 45 years old are lack of enthusiasm for the investment and initiation of careers,who apparentlyhave the psychology of seeking stability in the respect of employment,are pessimistic about the local investmental environment,and have the recognition of relying on the local government for the development of Zhoushan by introducing excellent talented people.Most people think that both tourism and fishery are the priorities in the development of Zhoushan.
