摘要
新形势下 ,高校思想政治工作面临地位、方法和队伍的挑战。加强和改进高校思想政治工作 ,必须更新观念、重塑形象、拓宽载体、改进方法。通过激励法、民主法、循序渐进法。
Ideological-political work in colleges and universities is faced with trials-trials of its status,its approach,and its contingent.In order to strengthen and improve the work,we have to renew our ideas,remodel our appearances,bring in copious carriers,and make a more tactful approach.By effective ways of stimulating tactics,democratic discussions,step by step guidance and figurative representation,we will be making progress to get ideological-political work to achieve its desirable effects.
