摘要
《诗经·卫风·氓》的经典意义不在于该诗展示了弃妇的悲剧命运 ,而在于让弃妇以“越轨者”的面目出现 ,倾诉其在婚姻中“嫁非以体”的差谬及其罪有应得 ,并以此作为敦戒他人不可越“礼”的范例。这种让“受害者”自我招供式的现身说法在古代文学中是一种极为少见的叙事格式。从现代意义上说 ,它从更深层次上显示了“礼制”对女性生命和精神的双重扼杀。
The classical meaning of 'The book of Songs,Songs of Wei,Meng' doesn't lie in its tragic fate of a deserted woman,but in the practice of letting the deserted woman,as an'offender',to tell the story of her marriage,the mistake of non-proper marriage and the deserved fate of her 'crime'.It also set her as an example to warn other women not to offend the conventions.This kind of narration of acting as an example to others by letting the victim to confess her own 'crime' is rarely seen in Chinese ancient.In modern sense,it exposes more explicitly the fact that females were strangled by convention both physically and spiritually.
