针对目前美、日、欧洲等国的电子强力仪大部分为通用的材料试验机,而专门用于单纤维测试的产品不多,且这些产品所提供的信息量较少。将单片计算机应用到单纤维电子强力中,使单根纤维的一次拉伸、伸长弹性、负荷弹性、定伸长反复拉伸、递增定负荷反复拉伸、松驰及蠕变等各项性能的测试过程自动完成且能对各项性能指标自动进行统计运算并自动输出打印。

In response to the fact that most of the mightiness instruments in the United States, Japan and European countries are used for general material test, very few for filament material with less information. The paper applies single-chip microcomputer to filament mightiness instrument, which can automatically carry out, word out and print out such tests as filament tension, elasticity elongation, loading elasticity, repeated tension, repeated tension of increasing fixed load, relaxation and creep.
