摘要
通过对摆动油缸式液压扳手执行机构位置参数的分析推导 ,给出其位置参数的计算公式和设计条件。在给定的摇臂单程转角及紧固件拆装力矩等条件下 ,可使所需液压缸的推力最小。
For the swinging cylinder type of hydraulic wrench, through the analysis and calculation for the locating parameters of its executive mechanism, formula and design precondition of the locating parameters are presented, with which the minimum of pushing force of the oil cylinder can be achieved under definite swinging angle and given loosening & tightening torque for the fasteners.
