摘要
为保证水力机组的安全运行 ,对机组的振动进行在线监测是十分重要的。介绍了美国NI公司的虚拟仪器开发平台Labwindows CVI ,针对中小型水轮发电机组振动在线监测的特点 ,研制出功能较为完善、且经济实用的适合于中小型水轮发电机组在线振动监测系统 ,并讨论了该系统硬件、软件的配置。
In order to ensure safe operation of hydraulic unit, it is very important to conduct on_line vibration monitor. The dummy instrument development platform of NI company of USA, Labwindows/CVI, is introduced. Aiming at the characteristics of on_line vibration monitor for middle and small turbine hydropower generation unit, a consummate, economic and practical on_line vibration monitor system for middle and small turbine-hydropower generation unit is developed, and the hardware and software collocation, the structure and the function of the system are also discussed.
