宜都市域内煤矿安全与环境的现状及其对策研究

The Status Quo and Countermeasure for Colliery Security and Environment of Yidu City

根据宜都市 1 35 7km2 的市域内煤炭产业的安全与环境的现状 ,针对存在的问题提出了安全管理与环境发展的对策。本文认为从长远的观点看 ,过去的采煤业对宜都市经济的发展是负效应。但在一段时期内 ,煤矿业的发展的确刺激了市域经济的发展。简单地关掉现有煤矿 ,的确存在许多实际问题。真正能解决问题的方法是发展经济林业 (茶叶、柑橘 )和发展经济农业 (蔬菜、西瓜、黄姜 )。只有依靠特色经济的发展才能将农民带出矿井。依靠特色经济的发展恢复植被、保护环境才是一个标本兼治的方法。

The reality of the satety and the enviroment is introduced about the collieries industry in 1357 square km territory of Yidu City.The countermeasure of the safety management and the environment development is put forward for the status quo.It was considered that the coal industry contributed to the economic development in history of Yidu City,but the fact is that it is responsible for the decline of the economic development from a long-term view.It is certain to arouse many practical problems if all the coal mines are closed in a nutshell.To solve the problems a good way is to develop production forestry(tea or orange) or commercial farming(vegetable,water melon,dioscorea).Only by depending on the development of characteristic commercial farming and forestry can the farmers be made to leave the mines so as to preserve the vegetation and protect the environment.
