摘要
采用离子交换色层法和扩散法进行水样硝酸盐δ1 5N分析预处理。所用的Dowex 1-X8树脂 ( >5mL)对 5 0mL浓度为 5 0 0、1 0 0 0、2 0 0 0mg/L的硝酸盐溶液的吸附率均 >99.9% ,30mL 2mol/LKCl溶液对树脂柱长 5cm的色层柱洗脱率 >95 %。该方法适用于在野外及时对样品进行初步处理 ,并可在树脂柱内保存较长的时间而不影响分析结果。水样洗脱液用扩散法进一步处理 ,5 0℃时 ,对硝酸盐扩散 1 0d ,回收率 >95 % ,且不会引起氮同位素分馏。
Ion exchange chromatography and diffusion method are used to prepare nitrate in water samples for δ 15 N analysis. The sorption efficiency of Dowex 1 X8 resin (>5?mL) for 50?mL sample solutions with nitrate concentration of 500,1?000,2?000?mg/L is >99.9%. Elution recovery is >95% when resin column is 5cm in length and eluted by 30?mL 2?mol/L KCl solution. The method is suitable for sample preparation in the field. The analytes can be stably absorbed on the resin column for a long period and then eluted without any influence on the analytical results. The eluate is then further treated by diffusion method under 50℃ for 10 days and the recovery of nitrate is >95% without significant nitrogen isotope fractionation.
