摘要
空间数据质量的优劣将直接影响地理信息系统的运行效率、空间分析结果的正确性与合理性。基于遥感技术的大区域空间数据更新与集成 ,具有多源数据的综合使用、高度综合、繁难的数据获取过程等特点。基于遥感技术的大区域空间数据集成与更新的实用质量控制与评价方法主要有两个方面的内容 :一是对数据质量进行总体控制 ,主要对总体设计方案、数据源以及数据生产、加工处理进行质量控制。总体设计方案的控制评价因子有用户需求分析及联合设计、数据源、制图综合、数据生产时间、引用标准、数学基础、要素分类编码、数据格式及技术路线与技术性试验等。二是从空间精度、属性精度以及时间精度等三个方面 ,根据数据生产流程的不同阶段予以详细评价。
Fundamental geographic spatial data is an important part of national spatial data infrastructure. Spatial data is an important part of geographic information system (GIS) too.The quality of spatial data directly affects on the efficiency of GIS and the correction and reasoning of spatial analysis results. Updating and integrating spatial data of large area based on '3S' technologies is characterized by multi-sources data and complicated procedure of data production. The practical approach to quality control and evaluation of spatial data updating and integrating based on '3S' technologies is as follows: first is general control of spatial dataquality through supervision of overall designing plan, data sources and data production. The control and evaluation factors of general schemes are the analysis of user requirement and integral design, data sources, map generalization, time used in data production, data criteria, mathematical basis, classes and code of element , data type, technical approach and test. Another aspect is the detailed check of the data. It contains spatial accuracy, time accuracy and theme accuracy. At end of the paper, the error of spatial data obtained by 3S technologies is given.
