摘要
首先对直流蒸汽发生器进行热工和水力分析 ,建立了直流蒸汽发生器仿真系统 .此仿真系统能准确地描述各段在动态过程中的相互变化及相应参数的变化 ,能够全方位地体现直流蒸汽发生器的动态特性 .在仿真系统上对直流蒸汽发生器进行了静态和动态特性研究 ,得到了影响直流蒸汽发生器可靠工作的压力与温度参数变化规律及在某些扰动下这些参数的变化规律 .这些规律对直流蒸汽发生器结构设计 ,自动调节系统设计与操作、异常工况和故障的分析与处理 ,运行规程的编制等均能提供必要的依据 .
The thermodynamics and hydrodynamics of once-through steam generator (SG) are analysis, and a simulation system is built in this paper. The simulation system can describe the parameters change in every section of once-through SG accurately, and can embody dynamics characteristics from different aspects. Static and dynamics researches have done in the simulation system. Some pressure and temperature change laws of once-through SG have got after it disturbed by some variables. The laws are very important for the structure design of once-through steam generator, control system design and operation, fault analysis and deal with, operation rules work out.
