摘要
用酸洗、涂硼砂、涂水玻璃等方法对用于复合铸铁的钢筋作预处理 .对经不同方法预处理的钢筋复合铸铁的韧性作了试验研究 .结果表明 :经酸洗法处理钢筋后 ,复合铸铁的冲击韧性最好 .通过对几种方法处理的复合铸铁试样的断裂过程的分析 ,说明了钢筋预处理方法对复合铸铁韧性影响的机理 .还分析了铸造及热处理过程中钢筋 -铸铁界面上的渗碳现象及其对复合铸铁韧性的不利影响 .这对钢筋复合铸铁的生产有一定的指导意义 .
The pretreatment methods are acid-washing,brushing borax or sodium silicate. The results show that the impact toughness of the specimens pretreated with acid-washing is better than the specimens treated with the other methods . The fracture process of impact specimens were analyzed and the mechanism that the effects of pretreatment on impact toughness was explained .The phenomenon of carburization in the interface between bar and cast iron as casting and heat treatment was analyzed.
