针对怎样校直永久性弯曲变形的油井钻具进行了理论研究 .对于这种专用的、尺寸大且要求校直精度高的管材 ,运用弹塑性理论建立了其压点式反弯校直数学模型 ,提出了一种精度较高的校直压下量的确定方法 .实例表明用本方法分析与计算钻具校直过程中的参数有效可行 .且计算速度快 ,满足全自动压点式液压校直机的需要 .在实际应用中 ,可按此方法建立不同型号的钻具校直参数数据库 ,实现自动校直 .

The mathematics model of Op-bending straightening of pressing point kind is studied by using elastic-plastic theory. A method of determining high precise stroke of pressing down of straightening drill pipe is presented. The practical examples show that the method is useful and rapid calculating. The method can be used to analyze and compute some parameters in the straightening press and fulfill the need of automatic hydraulic straightening machine.
