摘要
用天然磁铁矿作原料 ,不进行磁选 ,直接用固相反应法生产永磁铁氧体 .通过对氧化铋、高岭土、碳酸钙、硫酸锶等添加剂以及用量的研究 ,说明添加剂对天然磁铁矿石直接合成永磁铁氧体有很大影响 .在合适的反应条件和添加剂下 ,合成出的永磁铁氧体剩磁为 0 .312T ,矫顽力为 34 5kA/m ,最大磁能积为 18kJ/m3(2 .2 3MGOe) .结果表明 ,天然磁铁矿不经过磁选过程完全能够生产出性能优良的永磁铁氧体产品 .
The permanent magnetic ferrite was prepared by the method of solid-phase reaction with the natural magnetite without magnetic separation. The investigations made with CaCO 3, Bi 2O 3, kaolin, SrSO 4 show that the dope has significant influence on the properties of permanent magnetic ferrite. The remanence of the permanent magnetic ferrite is 0.312T, the coercive force is 345?kA/m, the (BH) max is 18?kJ/m 3 (2.23MGOe). The results indicated that the high performance permanent magnetic ferrite could be made of natural magnetite with suitable dope.
