尽管中国很早就有了人事档案工作的相关规定 ,但科学规范的人事档案工作却是由中国共产党人建立起来的。新中国成立后 ,形成了比较正规和完整的人事档案 ,并有了关于档案材料收集和管理的规章制度 ;人事档案已由过去手工式的作坊向着现代化管理方向发展 ,干部人事多媒体管理信息系统的开发利用 。

After the People's Republic of China was founded,formal and complete personal file was formed and the system of the collecion and management of personal file was set up.Up till now,personal file has developed fron manual operations to modern management.The development and exploitation of multi-media managing informational system has formed its systematic knowledge system in the study of personal file,which will provide the work of personal matters with comprehensive top service.
