摘要
在查阅大量资料的基础上 ,对靶向制剂的特性和典型靶向制剂脂微球与脂质体的分类、结构、制备方法及应用前景进行了综合论述 ,这对靶向给药系统的研究与开发具有一定的参考价值。
The characteristics,classification, structures, preparations and application prospect of targeting drugs such as lipo microspheres and liposome are discussed in this paper,based on a great number of references This discussion is valuable to both research and development of targeting drug delivery system.
