摘要
发展高新技术产业是加快长株潭城市群经济一体化建设的重要举措。高新技术产业的发展在支撑和拉动区域经济增长、推动民营企业蓬勃发展、促进传统产业优化升级方面起到了重要作用 ,但也存在一些问题和不足。为加快长株潭高新技术产业的发展进程 ,应充分发挥高新技术产业开发区的作用 ,抓好岳麓山大学城的建设 ;壮大高新技术主导产业 ,打造一批名牌产品 ;建立产学研合作机制 ,加快科研成果的转化 ;积极发展高新技术产业资本市场 ,建立多元化投入机制 ;加强领导 ,营造良好的高新技术产业发展环境。
Developing high tech industry is an important measure of quickening the economic integration of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan in the north east of Hunan, China. The high tech industry can support and draw the regional economy, promote the growth of privately owned enterprises and speed up the process of optimizing and upgrading traditional industries as well. For development of high tech industry in Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan, the following suggestions are put forward: 1) make full use of the high tech industry development zone and build the Yuelu Mountain college city; 2) create a group of famous brand products; 3) establish a cooperation mechanism of production study research, quickening the transformation of scientific research fruits; 4) enthusiastically develop the high tech industry capital market and establish the mechanism of multiple channel financing; 5) improve the management so as to construct a favorable environment for high tech industry development.
