叙述了在当前铁路不断深化改革 ,运输组织不断变化 ,铁路车辆技术不断进步的情况下 ,结合实际修改《铁路货车运用维修规程》的总体构想 。
The overall plan to revise the Code for Operation, Inspection and Repair of Railway Freight Cars with combination of practice is described in the situation that the railway reform is deepening, the transport organizations are changing and the rolling stock technology is progressing. Specific suggestions for revision are put forward.
