摘要
根据180 /40 0× 32 0及10 0 30 0× 35 0四辊轧机的设备特点和产品情况 ,研究开发了能自动适应轧件宽度变化的变接触长度支承辊辊型曲线 ,以提高轧机的板型控制能力 ,使冷轧带钢的横向同板差下降约 45 % ,轧制厚度精度提高 40 % ,边裂现象明显减少 ,并有效防止支承辊辊面剥落 。
According to the equipment features of the 180/400×320 and 100/300×350 4 h mill and the product requirement,a curve as the contour of the backup roll with variable contacting length was developed to be fit automatically for the strip width variation and to improve the shape controlling ability of the mill.Substantial results were achieved that the transverse thickness difference on the same place of strip decreased by about 45%,thickness precision increased by about 40%,the lateral crack obviously reduced and no flaking from the backup roll surface occurred.
