消失模铸造高锰钢件水基涂料的研究

Work on Water-Base Coating for High Mn Steel Full-mold Casting

选用钛渣粉为耐火骨料、聚乙烯醇和酸性磷酸盐为粘结剂,通过正交实验,确定了高锰钢铸件消失模水基涂料的最佳配比,考察了涂料的多种性能并进行了生产应用。

By applying orthogonal experiment an optimum ingredient ratio has been set up of water-base coating with Ti-bearing slags powder as the refractory aggregating material, and an polyvinyl alcohol and acidic phosphate as the bonding a-gent, for high Mn steel casting. The multi-properties of this kind of coating have also been investigated and applied to production.
