摘要
东风公司生产的汽油机缸体铸件曾一度漏水严重,主要是热芯盒树脂中氮气引起铸件气孔。为减少发气量,除积极采用低、中氮树脂做粘结剂外,还采取了阻截气体的办法,即在砂芯、涂料中使用氧化铁粉,不仅减少了气孔,还减少了飞翅、粘砂等表面缺陷。
Pin-holes in cylinder block castings caused by nitrogen generated in hot-box resin once resulted in serious leakage.In addition to using resin with lower generation, the added powdered ferric oxide to sand cores and coatings can reduce not only pin-holes but also surface defects such as fins and sand inclusion.
