信息技术革命与档案学教育体系的变革

The Reformation of IT Revolution and Archivistics Educatioral System

信息技术革命使整个世界发生了巨大的变革 ,也给档案工作带来巨大的变化 ,从而对档案学教育体系提出新的要求。本文就档案高等教育在更新教育观念 ,转变人才培养目标和培养模式 ,构建适应信息技术革命要求的课程体系 ,调整教师知识结构 ,加强师资队伍建设 ,改善教学设施诸方面提出变革构想。

IT Revolution has made a great change not only in the whole world but also in the archival work,and it also puts forward new requirements on archivistics educational system.As for the archival higher education,this paper puts forward the reformational conceptions on renewing educationel ideas,changing the aims and models of fostering talents,forming course system to suit IT Revolutions requirements,adjusting the teachers knowledge structure,strengthening the teachers abilities and improving the teaching facilities.
