摘要
随着经济体制改革的不断深化 ,影响我国经济发展的主要因素是结构方面存在三次产业结构和轻重工业比重的偏差 ,而不是总量问题。出现这些结构偏差的原因是多方面的 ,对此应采取促使产业结构升级的对策。
Along with to further development of the reform of economic system,the main elements that affect our economic growth lie in the industrial structures rather than quantity.So it is a task of top priority to regulate and upgrade the industrial structures.
