摘要
通过对OCr18Ni10Ti钢的锻造变形、加热温度等工艺参数的研究,初步掌握了这种材质的强化手段,即通过稳定化处理+中低温锻造变形+静态再结晶细化晶粒,试验证明,采用这种工艺提高材料的抗拉强度是可行的。
Based on researching for process parameter of 0Cr18Ni10Ti steel. such as forging deformation and heating temperature, the strengthen measures of this material have been preliminary known, that is to say, the crystal grain has been refined by stabilizing treatment plus forging deformation in lower temperature plus quiescent recrystallization. Test result shows that this process can improve the tensile strength of materials.
