摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的多功能微量光度计;它具有紫外分光光度计、多波长激发萤光光度计、高压液相色谱(HPLC)和流动注射分析(FIA)检测器等多功能的特点。它能同时或分别测量各种具有紫外吸收和萤光发射的物质;它可满足化学、医药、食品、环保等领域中科研和生产工作的需要。该仪器采用了双光路的结构,在设计上不同于目前国际上分光光度计和其他光学式分析仪器的传统作法,实现了“单光源多功能”、“光电综合平衡”和“一机多用”。文中介绍了仪器的工作原理、结构组成、主要技术指标,给出了定量和定性分析的三个应用实例。同时对四个有关问题进行了讨论。
This paper introduced a novel type microphotometer.It has mu-lti-function of UV spectrophotometer,fluorimeter of multi-wavelength,multi-wavelength detector for HPLC and Flow injection analysis.It can be applied todetermine simultaneously or separately a variety of materials that has UVabsorbance and fluorescence.In scientific research and production9 this inst-rument can satisfy the working needs in various fields like chemistry,medi-cine,food industry,environmental protection etc.This instrument is desig-ned in accordance with Lambert-Beer's Law and Stokes Law.In this instru-ment,structure of double-beam is used,the traditional ideas of design pre-sented in both domestic and foreigh countries for the spectrophotometer andother optical analytical instrument have met with a breakthrough,themulti-function of single Light source,the synthesis balance of optics-elec-tronics and the multi-functional use of a single instrument are substautia-ted.This paper briefly introduced operation principle,configurations andmajor specifications of the instrument.Some examples of application weregiven in this paper.Meanwhile some special problems of the instrument werediscussed.
