从“别种”看高句丽族源

A Study of Koguryo’s Origin through the Expression“ a Different Race”

“别种”一词的含义，最初是指从原部族中分出后独立发展的子孙后代，称“别种”的部族与基本种之间族源相同。最早使用“别种”一词的正史是《三国志》，称高句丽是夫余别种，证明高句丽从族源上讲当出自夫余。但高句丽族在南下发展的过程中经历了复杂的民族融合过程，已成为不同于夫余人的新的民族。

The Chinese expression 'a different race' initially refers to those descendants whoseforefathers were separated from a primitive tribe and developed independently and who were ofthe same origin with the origina1 tribal members. The expression stemmed from 'Records of theThree Kingdoms' in which Koguryo was proved to be of 'a different race' separated from Puyo.But during its southern development, Koguryo, having undergone a complex merging process,became a new ethnic group different from the Puyo people.
