伊朗细密画是伊斯兰艺术园地中的一朵奇葩，兴起于13世纪末，它在吸取东西方绘画艺术长处的同时，立足于本民族的文化，以独特的空间表现和色彩运用而成为一门独立的绘画艺术，从而表现了伊朗文化的顽强性。
The Iranian miniature, springing up in the late 13th century, is an outatanding work inthe Islamic at world. Based on its national culture, the miniature drew on the strong points fromOriental and Western paintings and became an independent painting art with its exotic space ex-pnaion and colouring. It also showed the unyieldingness of Iranian culture.
