摘要
本文讨论了影响低频噪声测量准确性的二个主要问题,即测量放大器的噪声及测量系统的传递函数变化引起噪声测量结果的误差,提出了改进低频噪声测量准确性的主要措施.文中介绍了作者研制的低频噪声测量系统基本原理及性能指标,满足了在0.25Hz 到100kHz 频率范围内低频噪声谱准确测量的要求.
In this paper two basic problems which influences the low frequ-ency noise precision measurement are discussed,they are the noise in measure-ment amplifier and the change of transmission function in the wide frequencyrange.The advanced method used to decrease the measurement errors are given,the principle and the features of automatic low frequency noise spectral densitymeasurement equipment designed by authors is introduced,which ensure thelow frequency noise precision measurement in the wide frequency range of 0.25Hz (?)o 100kHz.
