本文讨论一种新型数字式正弦振动控制仪的设计原理,该控制仪采用双微处理器并行工作方式,分别用于实时控制和整机系统的智能化管理。自适应控制方法和数字式压缩器方案的应用,使该仪器对于任意振动台和负载都能得到满意的控制效果。

In this paper,the design principle of a new type digital sinevibration Controller (SVC) is mentioned,To realize intelligent supervisionof the SVC and real-time control of the vibration process,the parellel-opera-ting pattern of two microcomputers is proposed.By means of adaptive controlstrategy and digital compressor scheme,the instrument is able to adapt anyvibration exciter and any test object.All of these features ensure the digitalSVC has some merits over the analogue one,such as:better reliability,hig-her control precision,more use convenient,and so on.In the end,a typicalexperiment result is given.
