摘要
日元贬值给中国“入世”上了第一堂“挑战”课 ;为应对“9.11”后全球经济疲软的不利影响 ,中国人民银行第八次降息。从长期看 ,为适应一个开放性经济大国在经济全球化进程中的需要 ,中国必须对其银行制度、货币政策和汇率。
The devaluation of Yen gives China the first class about challenge after its entry into WTO. In order to shake off the negative influence of global economic slump after Sep.11 Accident, the People's Bank of China reduced interest on deposit for the eighth time. From a long term piont of view,to fulfill the necessity of an open economic power in the economic globalization, China must further its reform of marketization on bank system, currency policy and exchange rate and interest rate system.
