摘要
本文研究利用激光多普勒效应,采用光栅系统拾取信号,对散射体表面进行切向位移测量的新方法。文中分析了光路原理和正弦条件,用理论和实验证明系统拾取信号的相位结构和它具有信噪比高的特点,可有效地用于固体位移的不接触测量。
This Paper offers a new method for noncontact measurement ofsolid surface displacement with Laser Doppler effect.Differential Dopplershift can be obtained by using a diffraction grating in this system.Compar-ing with other systems,such as reference beam system,this system givesgood signals with higher signal-to-noise ratioes.Experiments with different scattering surfaces,lenses and apertures showthat this system is completely effective for measuring solid surface displace-ment.More applications will be found using this system.
