The Origin of Ruling by Law

法治的理论和制度形态均可追溯到古希腊城邦政治。而城邦政治孕育是在多里安人入侵后特定历史情景中制度、观念、经济、组织形态变异成形 ,并经过系列的改革才得以确立起来的。作者通过对多安人入侵后“黑暗时代”历史的追踪 ,对形成城邦政治的条件过程进行了梳理 ,并对其法治形态和精神作了描述 。

The theory and system of ruling by law can be traced back to ancient Greek polis politics. The polis politics formed with changes of system, concepts, economy and organizational form under the special historical situation of foreign aggression and it was established after a series of reforms. This thesis pursues history of the 'Dark Times' and discusses the forming condition of polis politics and describes its form and spirit of ruling by law and uncovers the mystery of the origin of ruling by law.
