圆图记录曲线自动识别与处理系统

摘要 本文介绍了“圆图记录曲线自动识别与处理系统”。该系统是针对我国圆图记录图纸手工“求积”,效率低,精度差的具体情况而研制的。系统中采用等时线扫描的方法,解决了径向或其他扫描方法无法避免的扫描线与多条等时线相交的问题;采用软件偏心校正技术,既解决了摄象过程中图纸定位精度问题,又不增加设备成本;采用平均灰度梯度的边缘检测方法,解决了图纸格线对记录曲线识别的干扰问题。该系统已在鞍钢运行数月,它可代替14个工人手工“求积”且更省时;处理精度达到0.3%;正确识别率在98%以上。 The system is produced because record lines on circular charts areprocessed by hand in our country which is of poor efficiency and low accura-cy.In the system,a method of sweep along a circular arc is used to preventfrom meeting several quantities of different time within a single sweep;andthe technique of software correction of charts' offcenter is created and appliedto have the image in good position and keep the equipment's cost low;andthe method of the line edge detection by a mean grey scale gradient is used todistinguish the record lines from printed lines onachart.The system has beenworking at AISC in good state for several months.It does 14 workers' job inless time with an accuracy of 0.3 percent and the correct processing rate ishigh than 98 percent.
