摘要
本文模拟 2 ,6 -二羟基苯甲酸合成中产生的废水 ,并用 NDA- 2 1 1大孔树脂处理 ,取得了良好的效果。该废水含 2 ,6 -二羟基苯甲酸约 2 1 0 0 mg/L,间苯二酚约 6 80 mg/L ,吸附处理后 2 ,6 -二羟基苯甲酸浓度 <0 .2 mg/L,间苯二酚浓度 <1 mg/L,吸附去除率分别 >99.9%和 99.8% ;在合适的条件下两者的脱附率都 >99% ,树脂工作吸附量达 6 9.5 g/L。
The treatment of simulative wastewater from the 2,6-dihydroxybenzene carboxylic acid synthetic process with NDA-211 macroporous polymeric adsorbent was investigated in this paper. The contents of 2,6-dihydroxybenzene carboxylic acid and the resorcin in the wastewater were 2100mg/L and 680mg/L respectively, their contents in the adsorbed effluent were less than 0.2mg/L and less than 1mg/L respectively. The removal efficiency of 2,6-dihydroxybenzene carboxylic acid was ≥99.9% and that of resorcin was ≥99.8%; under the proper operating conditions, both of them the desorption efficiency was more than 99%. The working adsorption capacity of the resin was up to 69.5%.
