摘要
为了探索红栓菌多糖的免疫增强作用,实验从深层发酵培养的红栓菌菌丝体中提取多糖PCP,通过动物实验证实PCP能明显增加小鼠免疫器官胸腺和脾脏的重量,提高巨噬细胞M(?)的吞噬活力,促进T细胞体外增殖及接触性皮炎反应,提高小鼠血清凝集素滴度,以上作用在ip剂量50,150,250mg/kg体重范围内呈现出明显的量效关系。
For elucidating the immunopotentiating effects of polysaccharide isolated from Pycnoporus cinna-barirus, we extracted the crude polysaccharide from Pycnoporus cinnabarirus mycelium and named it PCP. The animal test showed PCP could increase the quantity of spleen and thymus weight in BALB/c mice, and enhance the phagocytic activity of mice peripheral macrophages engulfing CRBC in vivo. The proliferation of splenic lymphyocytes activated with Con A and delayed hypersensitivity were promoted remarkably, and serum agglutinin titer in mice immunized with SRBC increased significantly. These effects were in dose-dependent manner when mice were treated at the ip dose of 50, 100, 150mg/kg of body weight.
