摘要
目的 绞股蓝总皂甙 (GP)对小鼠S180 肉瘤及K562 细胞的抑制作用。方法 通过动物实验观察绞股蓝总皂甙对小鼠S180 肉瘤生长状况、肿瘤坏死面积 (TNA)与肿瘤总面积 (TTA)的比率、瘤周瘤内免疫活性细胞浸润状况及荷瘤小鼠脾脏的影响 ;通过细胞培养观察绞股蓝总皂甙对K562 细胞生长的抑制作用。结果 经重复实验证实 ,GP能显著抑制小鼠S180 肉瘤的生长 ,TNA与TTA的比率显著增加 ,瘤周尤其是瘤内淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞浸润数量明显增加 ,荷瘤小鼠脾重增加、脾白髓数目增多、体积增大。同时证实 ,GP对K562 细胞株具有明显的生长抑制作用。结论 GP的抑瘤作用主要是直接杀伤瘤细胞 。
Objective To investigate the suppressive effect of gypenosides (GP) on mice bearing advanced S 180 sarcoma and erythroleukemia cell line K 562 . 180 sarcoma, the ratio of tumor necrosis area (TNA) to tumor total area (TTA), infiltration of immunocompetent cells in the peripheral areas and within the tumor, and the spleen of the tumor bearing mice. Cell culture was made to observe the inhibition of GP on the growth of K 562 cells. Results The repeated experiments showed that GP could strongly suppress the growth of S 180 sarcoma, resulting in the increase of the ratio of TNA to TTA, lymphocytes and macrophages infiltrating in the peripheral areas and especially within the tumor, the spleen weight and the quantity and size of splenic white pulp of the tumor bearing mice. At the same time, GP could strongly suppress the growth of K 562 in vitro.Conclusion The antitumor effect of GP is mainly through directly killing tumor cells. Immunocompetent cells also play a certain role in this aspect.
