“整肤治疗”对皮肤温度、痛阈、心率和外周神经传导速度的影响

Effects of skin-arrangement treatment on skin temperature, pain threshold, heart rate and conduction velocity of peripheral nerves

目的 评价“整肤治疗”对疼痛的疗效。方法 用点温计测量皮温 ,用电刺激和钾离子透入测量皮肤痛阈 ,按压桡动脉测量心率 ,以及用电刺激测量神经传导速度 ,观察治疗前后各指标的变化。结果 对 1 3例临床治疗有效的患者观察表明 ,“整肤区”皮肤温度和电刺激痛阈明显增加 ,其他指标未见明显变化。结论 “整肤治疗”对多种痛症有一定疗效 ,无不良反应。

Objective To assess the effects of skin arrangement treatment on pain. Methods Skin temperature was measured with the dot temperature meter. The thresholds of skin pain were measured by electrical stimulation and K + electrophoresis, respectively. Changes in the heart rate and conduction velocity of nerves were observed. Results The skin temperature and pain threshold of electrical stimulation increased significantly in 13 patients effectively treated by skin arrangement therapy. Conclusion The skin arrangement therapy is effective in patients with painful symptoms, and has no side effects.
