胰液分泌的神经-激素调节 被引量:4

摘要 胰腺外分泌部分的主要功能是分泌胰液,其主要成分为各种消化酶和HCO3-.理解生理状态下胰腺分泌的调节机制,有助于认识胰液分泌失常的病理生理环节.临床上,当胰液分泌亢进时,可出现自身消化,发生急性胰腺炎.而慢性胰腺炎时,胰液分泌常减少,影响食物的消化和吸收.胰腺癌也常伴有胰液分泌的改变.因此,胰液分泌状况与机体的新陈代谢及营养状况紧密相关.
