急性脑梗死患者脑脊液和血浆凝血纤溶指标变化的研究

The changes of coagulative and fibrinolytic parameters of cerebrospinal fluid (csf)and plasma in patients with acute cerebral infarct

目的 观察急性脑梗死患者部分凝血纤溶指标的变化 ,为临床提供诊治依据。方法 采集 35例急性脑梗死患者血浆 ,其中 31例同时采集脑脊液 ,测定脑脊液及血浆部分凝血纤溶指标 ,与对照组进行比较。结果 急性脑梗死组脑脊液及血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活物 (t- PA)及其抑制物 (PAI- 1)含量、D-二聚体 (DD)含量明显高于对照组。结论 血栓形成和纤溶功能异常在急性缺血性脑血管病发病过程中起着重要作用 。

Objective To observe the changes of coagulative and fibrinolytic parameters in patients with acute cerebral infarct to offer assistance to clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute cerebral infarct. Methods To measure the csf and plasma levels of some parameters in coagulative and fibrinolytic system in patients with acute cerebral infarct (n=35,the csf samples were acquired in 31 among 35 cases) and compare with controls. Results The levels of t PA,PAI,and D dimer(DD) of csf and plasma in patients with acute cerebral infarct were significantly higher than those in controls. Conclusion Thrombosis and disfunction of fibrinolytic system play an important role during the onset of acute ischemic cerebral vascular disease. Measurement of the csf and plasma levels of some parameters is very valuable to offer assistance to clinical diagnosis of thrombotic diseases.
