变应性鼻炎伴哮喘的治疗探索

A SURGICAL TREATMENT FOR ALLERGIC RHINITIS ACCOM-PANIED WITH ASTHMA

目的:通过矫正鼻中隔结构不良,切断翼管神经、筛前神经的鼻腔分枝,探索治疗变应性鼻炎伴哮喘的方法。方法:将变应性鼻炎伴鼻中隔结构不良的175例作为观察组,将仅有变应性鼻炎伴哮喘无鼻中隔结构不良者作为对照组,进行疗效比较。结果:所有病例经随访1年以上,观察组:显效50.3%,有效42.9%,无效6.8%;对照组:显效:30.1%,有效55.9%,无效12.0%。经统计学处理,P<0.05。结论:矫正鼻中隔结构不良同时切断翼管神经、筛前神经是目前治疗变应性鼻炎伴哮喘的有效方法,值得进一步探索和推广。

Objective:To investigate the method of treating allergic rhinitis accompanied with asthma by correcting the abnormal structure of nasal septum and cutting off the nasal branches of vidian nerve and anterior ethmoidal nerve.Method:175cases of the allergic rhinitis with abnormal structure of nasal septum were as treating group and the those without abnormal structure of nasal septum as the control group.The curative effects were observed.Results:It showed that the rate of obvious effect was50.3%and30.1%,effective rate42.9%and55.9%,and ineffective rate6.8%and12.0%in the treating and control group respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is an effective method to correct the abnormal structure of nasal septum and to cut off the branches of vidian nerve and anterior eth moidal nerve in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with asthma.
