摘要
本文从氟化物玻璃组成化合物的基本性质出发,分析了氟化物玻璃中常见的39种氟化物对其红外多声子吸收损耗的影响,并建立了一整套相应的参数(α_(0i),ω_(0i),A_i)。运用这些参数不仅可定量地估算已知组成玻璃的红外吸收损耗值而且还能指导设计具有更低吸收损耗值的玻璃组成。通过对一些氟化物玻璃的红外多声子吸收损耗的实验研究,部分地证实了所建立参数的正确性。
Glasses of ZBYA,ZBLA and AYR were synthesized from whichthe polished samples of 5 different thickness 0.15—2.7mm and lateral dimen-sions 2×1.5cm were Obtained.The infrared absorption coefficents of glassSamples were derived from the plots of In(I/T) to l,where T is transmittivityand lis thickness of samples.According to the infrared multiphonon absorptionmodel.a(ω,T) =α_0[N(ω_0)+1]ω/ω_0 [N(ω)+1]^(-1)exp(-Aω)a set of parameters(α_0,ω_0,A) which can express the infrared absorption char-acteristic of glasses was obtained.On the other hand,the effects of 39 fluoridecomponents on the infrared multiphonon absorption edges of fluoride glasseswere analyzed,with the corresponding quantitative parameters(α_(0i),ω_(0i),A_i)established,which can be used to calculate parameters to express the infraredmultiphonon absorption characteristic of fluoride glasses.Experimental andanalytical results agree well.
