福州市儿童白喉预防接种成功率调查分析

Success rate study on diphtheria vaccination of part children in Fuzhou City

目的 :了解福州市儿童白喉预防接种成功率情况。方法 :在市辖区、县中随机抽查145 0名儿童进行锡克氏试验 ,并对 2 0 6名未接种过三联疫苗的婴幼儿 ,进行接种前后锡克氏对比试验。结果 :145 0名儿童锡克氏阴性 12 14名 ,阴性率为 83.72 %。其中 2～ 6岁组 10 81人 ,阴性 870人 ,阴性率为 80 .48%,7～ 12岁 36 9人 ,阴性 34 4人 ,阴性率为 93.2 2 %。 2 0 6名婴幼儿接种前阴性 16人 ,阴性率为 7.77%。阳性 190名 ,阳性率为 92 .2 3%,接种疫苗 1个月后 ,190人中有 176人转阴 ,转阴率达 92 .6 3%。结论 :百白破三联疫苗用于白喉预防接种有很高的成功率。

Objective:In order to study success rate of diphtheria vaccination of children in Fuzhou City. Methods:To process Schick test in 1 450 children who were random checked in Fuzhou city, and compare result of Schick test before vaccination in 260 children without vaccinating triple vaccine. Results:1 214 children test for Schick were negative among 1450 total, negative rate was 83.72%. Among total children, grouped by 2~6 years old have 1081 children,870 children were negative, negative rate was 80.48%;grouped by 7~12 years old have 369 children, 344 children were negative, negative rate was 93.22%. There were 16 children test were negative and 190 children test were positive among 206 children totally before vaccinated, negative rate and positive ratio was 7.77% and 92.23% respectively. A month after vaccinated, the test result show that there were 176 children transfered negative in 190 children, 92.63% transfered negative rate achieve. Conclusion: Pertussis-diphtheria-tetanus triple vaccine is used to diphtheria vaccination will bring more higher success rate.
