摘要
目的 :探讨应用序贯试验对消毒药品的消毒效果进行评价的可行性。方法 :自行配备中性戊二醛 ,在观察病房按序贯试验程序对其消毒效果进行实验观察 ,并绘制序贯试验图。结果 :当试验至不同对为 10时 ,试验线触及接受界限 U。结论 :序贯试验可用来评价消毒药品的消毒效果。
Objective:To inquire into the feasibility of applying the Sequential eperiment to appraise of drug disinfect Disinfect effect Method Prepare Neutral sporicidin by ourself and observing the ward.Pressing the procedure of Sequential eperiment to carry on the experiment observation to its Disinfect effect.and draw the Sequential eperiment picture.Ressult: When different pair are not 10 the line of eperiment tuchthe Receptive limits U. Conclusion: Sequential eperiment can not appraise of drug disinfect Disinfect effect
