高效液相色谱法鉴定西洋参保健食品中的人参皂甙

Identification of Ginsenoside in Panax-healthy foods by HPLC

目的 :探索一种分析西洋参总皂甙和绞股蓝总皂甙的实验方法 ,为鉴定西洋参类保健食品提供依据。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法对几种主要人参皂甙 Rg1、Rb1、Re进行定位 ,并以西洋参总皂甙和绞股蓝总皂甙为标准品得出其峰谱图和有关实验数据 ,同时据此分析有关样品。液相色谱条件是 :L ichnospher- C18色谱柱 ,VWD-可变波长紫外检测器 ,波长为 2 0 3nm ,流速 1.0 m l/ min,柱温 40℃。结果 :人参皂甙 Rg1、Rb1、Re是西洋参总甙中的主要成份 ,而绞股蓝总皂甙中不含人参皂甙Rg1。对人参皂甙 Rg1进行线性、回收率、精密度试验的结果表明 ,它可以作为特征组份 ,符合有关鉴定要求。对几种市售西洋参类保健食品进行检测 ,结果有几种不含人参皂甙 Rg1,从而鉴别出不含西洋参皂甙的样品。结论 :用本法通过测定西洋参类保健食品中的人参皂甙 Rg1,可鉴定其中的总皂甙是否来源于西洋参。该法简便、快速、灵敏、准确。

Objective:To study an experimental way of analyzing Quinquenosides and Gynostemmosides so as to provide scientific evidences for identifying the Panax-Healthy Foods. Method: Adopt the method of HPLC to analyze GinsenosideRg1,Rb1,Re,Quinquenosides and Gynostemmosides , acquiring their HPLC patterns and some experimental data based on above mentioned , examining some local products of Panax-Healthy Foods. The conditions of HPLC were as follows: VWD-A detector with 203nm wave length ,Lichrospher C18 Chromatography Column, its temperature is 40℃,the mobile is pure water- acetomitrile (70:30),its speed is 1.0ml/min. Result: Ginsenoside Rg1,Rb1,Re were the main contents of Quinquenosides ,the HPLC patterns of Quinquenosides and Gynostemmosides were different , there was no GinsenosideRg1 in Gynostemmosides. The tests of its linear?recovery and precision showed that GinsenosideRg1 could be regarded as a characteristic part to identify the Panax-Healthy Foods, Some of the local products were imitated. Conclusion: By this method of measuring GinsenosideRg1 in Panax-Healthy Foods, the satisfactory results of identification would be gained. It has the advantages of simplicity,repeatability,and accuracy.
