免疫组化及影像技术评价肿瘤新生血管的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤血管形成在肿瘤的发生发展、转移及预后等方面起至关重要的作用。免疫组化技术是目前评价肿瘤血管形成的“金标准” ,但它在临床中的实用价值受到一定的限制。影像技术可以无创性反映肿瘤血管的解剖和功能状态 ,也能动态监测抗血管治疗疗效。因此影像技术评价肿瘤新生血管的研究备受关注。
