核素氯化^(89)锶对多发性骨转移瘤患者细胞免疫状态的影响

Influence of ^(89)Sr on the cell immune function in patients with multiple bone metastases

目的 :探讨氯化89锶 (89Sr)治疗对多发性骨转移瘤患者免疫状态的影响。方法 :采用89Sr内照射治疗多发性骨转移瘤患者 ,测定治疗前后患者的血T细胞亚群、NK细胞活性以及淋巴细胞转化率。结果 :89Sr治疗多发性骨转移瘤疼痛缓解组T细胞亚群改善 ,NK细胞活性上升 ,淋巴细胞转化率升高 ;疼痛未缓解组 ,其各指标无明显变化。结论 :89Sr治疗骨转移瘤可一定程度的改善患者细胞免疫功能。

Objective To investigate the influence of 89 Sr on the cell immune function in patients with multiple bone metastases. Methods Patients with multiple bone metastases were treated with in vivo radiation of 89 Sr. The T cell subsets, NK cell activities, and lymphocyte transformation rate (LTR) of multiple bone metastases before and after the 89 Sr treatment were measured.Results With the palliation of the pain of the patients after the 89 Sr treatment, the T cell subset level, NK cell activities, and LTR increased. There was no significant change in the patients with the pain.Conclusion Treating multiple bone metastases with 89 Sr can improve the cell immune function of the patients to a certain extent.
