摘要
对现行政府预算收支体系进行分析 ,指出现行体系存在的弊端 ,阐述了政府收支分类改革必须遵循的指导思想和基本原则 ,提出建立“WWW”
This thesis analyzes current governmental revenue and expenditure classified system.It points out this system's drawback,so that it must be forwarded to set up 'WWW' solid system of governmental revenue and expenditure,and it must follow guiding ideology and basic principles to set up new system.
