摘要
土地征用是国家的强制性行为 ,土地征用补偿是协调土地征用中私益与公益冲突的基本制度 ,各国的规定不尽相同。我国的土地补偿存在数额偏低、补偿范围偏窄、受益主体不够明确等问题。对此 ,应通过加大补偿力度。
Land expropriation is a national behavior with policy power.Land compensation is a basic system to coordinate private interests and public interests,which are not the same in different nations.Because of its lacks,such as lower amount,narrow scope and unbrightness of interest corpus,our land compensation system should be improved as soon as possible.
