美、欧对华贸易与投资的比较分析

美国、欧盟既是我国主要贸易伙伴 ,又是我国吸引外资的主要资金来源地。该文在分析美国、欧盟 1990～ 1999年间对华贸易与直接投资情况的基础上 ,指出中美之间的贸易更易导致贸易纠纷 ,欧盟与美国的产品与市场均存在较大可替代性 ,来自欧盟的投资质量也优于美国 ,故今后更应重视与欧盟的经贸关系。大力发展中欧之间的经贸关系不仅可能而且也十分必要。

Both the US and the EU are not only our two major trade partners but also the main resources of the foreign capitals invested in China. Having analyzed the two areas' trades with China and FDI in China between 1990 and 1999, the author points out that trade with US is more inclined to result in trade disputes, the products and the markets of the two areas are highly substitutive and the FDI quality from EU is much higher. As a result, we should value the economic and trade relationship with EU rather than with US. \;
