摘要
该文通过对西方两大法系法律教育模式的对比分析 ,揭示出法律结构和法律技术特征是决定一个国家法律教育模式的两大因素 ,继而以此为出发点 。
The essay analyses comparatively two big occidental modes of law education, brings to light that legal structure and legal technique characteristics are two decisive factors in a country's choosing the mode of law education. Subsequently, several problems in China's option of target mode are analyzed.
