对我国证券经纪人制度的几点思考

Some Meditation on the System of Stock Broker

针对入世后我国面临的证券经纪人制度建设问题,对证券经纪人“代理”的内涵进行了重新界定,在剖析我国现行证券经纪人行为主体歧视性政策的基础上,指出证券经纪人必将成为证券公司核心竞争力,同时对我国未来证券市场主要经纪模式作以探讨。

With the formal WTO Entry of our country on Dec.11,2001,the rules of WTO have been the center of market system.In this paper,aiming at th e establishment problems of stockbroker system of country,the author redefines the connotation of stockbroker agency; on the basis of analyzing the discrimina tion policy of current stockbroker behavior of our country,the author also po ints out that the stockbroker will inevitably become the core comdetition of se curities finance company,simultaneously,discussed the major broker modes of t he future securities market of our country.
